Our partners in Africa
"Partnership for Africa" does not conduct own projects but cooperates with local partner organizations. The reason: the knowledge about the specific requirements of the people and about the local conditions can be provided at best by the local experts. We approach on one eye-level with the attitude "what can we learn from another?" and not with the attidtude of the "know-it-alls" from the West/North.
In this way we work together in a cooperation climate of mutual trust where every partner can contribute his/her strength. The strength of our local partners is the technical expertise, and we support their activities by financial means and by sharing and exchanging views and opinions.
Currently we cooperate with the following partners:
- AAIDRO, the development and relief organization of the Catholic Church in Arusha, Tanzania
- Living Water Children Center, a private orphanage with school in Kisongo, Tanzania
- TRMEGA, Orgnaization for training in agriculture and nutrition for People living with HIV and AIDS and empowering the marginalized, in Usa/ Tanzania
