10 step concept
We help vulnerable children in need and support them in 10 steps through school education, training and studies to independence. Our programmes are networked with each other, and the funding is long-term and sustainable.

Donations
All donations go directly to our programs and facilities for the children without deductions. The registered non-profit association “Partnerschaft für Afrika e.V.” is entitled to issue tax-deductible donation receipts for donations within the scope of the purpose of the statutes.

To support our children in need, we have built our own orphanages and schools, created safe houses and youth workshops, and set up programs to promote education and vocational training.

Sustainability
We are well on the way to setting up our facilities and programs in such a way that they will one day become largely independent of donations. To this end, we invest in infrastructure, cost-saving technology and income-generating measures on the ground and within Partnership for Africa.

Riders for Africa
“Reiter für Afrika” is an initiative of riders and horse people under the umbrella of our association Partnerschaft für Afrika e.V. Committed riders carry out raffles or other activities in their clubs and hereby support the projects for children of “Partnership for Africa”.

About us
Partnerschaft für Afrika e.V. is a registered non-profit association that collects donations to support projects and programs for children in need. Our associated foundation aims to generate sustainable income for our activities through the income from the foundation’s capital.
For our commitment, we were awarded the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany in 2022 – in the person of Friederike Heidenhof.

Finances
Our association “Partnerschaft für Afrika e.V.” finances its work exclusively from donations; our associated foundation consists of endowments, donations and inheritances. All costs are borne privately. Every three years, a voluntary forensic audit is carried out by a recognized auditing firm. The transparent presentation of the use of our donations is important to us.
