We help orphans and adolescents to continue living with remaining relatives when there is no immediate danger. We finance schooling, livelihoods and medical care for them.
Step 5
We build and support primary and secondary schools to give orphans and young people a good education.
Step 7
We stabilize the remaining relatives – mostly HIV-infected mothers in poverty and without a job – by helping them help themselves to maintain the social linkages of the children.
Step 9
We offer training support and start-up capital to pave the way for young adult orphans to become professional or self-employed.
Step 2
We first treat sick or disabled children in order to make them fit for school. Traumatised children receive psychological support.
